BRANDON HENRY
Brandon Henry serves as the Assistant Front Of昀椀ce Manager, where he leads the department
with a commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences. His leadership fosters a
welcoming environment that sets the tone for each guest’s stay, creating memorable moments
that re昀氀ect genuine hospitality and a true sense of home.
Brandon’s passion for the hospitality industry was inspired by his father and older brother, both
long-time professionals with Wyndham Hotels. Summers spent at resorts and observing his
family in action sparked a deep interest in the 昀椀eld from an early age.
“Hospitality has always been more than a career—it’s a legacy I’m
proud to carry forward. From my earliest memories watching my
father and brother serve guests with heart, I knew I wanted to create
those same meaningful experiences.”
He began his career in Orlando, gaining foundational experience in the Rooms Division as a
Housekeeping Manager. He later transitioned into the luxury hospitality segment, joining the
Front Of昀椀ce team at the JW Marriott Grande Lakes, where he re昀椀ned his skills in guest service
and operational excellence.
A native of South Florida, Brandon returned to Fort Lauderdale to join the team at Marriott Harbor
Beach. Since then, he has held several key roles focused on elevating the guest experience and
driving service excellence throughout the property.
