Leading this elevated Member experience is
Tiffany Cook, Director of Club Membership.
In her role, Tiffany oversees all facets of the
Club—from new Member engagement and
bespoke event planning to communications,
marketing, and personalized service
strategies. Her goal is simple: to ensure every
Member feels known, valued, and truly at
home.

building genuine relationships—when
Members feel seen, valued, and connected,
they truly feel at home.”
Tiffany brings to this role a strong foundation
in luxury hospitality, built over her four-year
career with Marriott International, where she
most recently served as Senior Assistant
Director of Finance in Washington, D.C.
Her 昀椀nancial expertise allows her to make
thoughtful, strategic decisions that enhance
the Member experience, support innovation,
and uphold the resort’s signature standard of
excellence.
Now, transitioning from 昀椀nance to the front
lines of the Member experience, Tiffany
combines her analytical acumen with her
natural passion for people to deliver elevated,
meaningful moments. From personalized
communications to thoughtfully curated
programming, she’s focused on building a
sense of connection and community
throughout every Member touchpoint.

A proud Fort Lauderdale native, Tiffany’s local
roots give her a deep understanding of the
lifestyle and expectations of the community
she serves. Outside of work, she enjoys being
outdoors, traveling, trying new food spots, and
spending quality time with her golden retriever,
Finn.
With a unique blend of business insight, heartfelt hospitality, and a genuine love for both the
property and the city, Tiffany is leading The
Club into an exciting new chapter—one de昀椀ned
by connection, creativity, and an unwavering
commitment to excellence.
