Kreg Graham

A Red Seal–certified chef and graduate of the Culinary
Institute of Canada, Chef Graham has spent more
than two decades honing his craft across some of
the world’s most prestigious kitchens, from the Hilton
Toronto and Fairmont Chateau Whistler to Shangri-La
properties in Thailand and Fiji.
A decorated competitor, Chef Graham earned multiple
gold medals at the 2004 World Culinary Olympics and
WACS World Culinary Challenge, and was recognized
with the 2020 Pathfinder Award for leadership by the
hotel’s ownership group.
An Intermediate Sommelier certificate holder, Chef
Graham brings a studied understanding of wine to
every plate — crafting menus of simple elegance that
honour the flavours of the Pacific Northwest, celebrate
local ingredients, and are designed to complement fine
wines beautifully.
