Our 1.5 hour cocktail class is designed to immerse you into
the world of mixology. Our expert bartender will share the
history of your welcome cocktail, which is a well-known
classic. Then the fun begins as you follow step-by-step
instructions that teach you how to add your own twist.
Our bartender will educate you on how different flavors can
affect certain cocktails and spirits.

Put your team members to the test with our Ceviche-Making
Competition! Our Executive Chef Tomas Chavarria shares the
history of Mesoamerican cuisine and cooking styles, then he
walks you through a traditional ceviche recipe. Next up is
your chance to break into teams and create your very own
ceviche dish. Chef Tomas will blind taste test each dish, share
his thoughts and choose a winning team!
WhisKEY dinnEr 6 - 2 5 GUEsTs
Enjoy a family-style dinner with a tasting of our favorite
whiskey pairings. With a pre-fixed menu, you can enjoy
biscuits for the table, two starters, two entrees and two
desserts with a variety of four whiskeys. For a more interactive
experience, you can book a guided tasting with our expert
bartender to learn about the history of whiskey, the barrel
making process, and how to properly pair it with your favorite
dishes at home.
All group experiences are based on availability and must be booked at least two weeks in
advance. A full payment is due two weeks prior to arrival. Cancellations within a 14 day period
prior to arrival are non-refundable, anything outside of this period are fully refundable.
