The Study
Over the years, our menu has featured cultures whose culinary influence traveled around the world
through trade routes leading them to the Mesoamerican region. The Study has paid tribute to the
ingredients and techniques of those cultures, but with the launch of our new menu, our culinary
team is heading back home to their roots.
Our Executive Chef Tomas Chavarria and Executive Sous Chef Madeline Guzman curated a brand
new menu that pays homage to, not only the cultures that established what Mesoamerica is today,
but also their personal experiences and family history that has been molded in the kitchen. Every
ingredient and technique have, been carefully curated and like most things at Morrison House,
tells a story.
We hope you’ll join us for a culinary adventure in this next chapter of The Study.
